WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As an Operations Analyst based in Glasgow, you will play a pivotal role within the Operations Risk & Regulatory Control Disclosure of Interest team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will centre on ensuring the accurate monitoring and submission of shareholder disclosure obligations across numerous jurisdictions. You will immerse yourself in learning complex regulatory requirements while developing expertise in firm systems and processes that safeguard compliance. By collaborating with colleagues from legal, compliance, operations, and technology departments worldwide, you will help maintain rigorous standards in regulatory reporting. Your ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure will be essential as you contribute to process enhancements and participate in projects designed to strengthen operational controls.
