EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

  • Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent

Responsibilities

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

The role is part of the broader Operations Department and entails performance of periodic/daily tasks across all main operations functions as well as liaising with internal clients from front office. The role also includes contributing to enhance processes efficiency and projects/strategic initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitor completeness of daily reconciliations of clients’ money and assets.
  • Review of securities prices for client portfolio valuations.
  • Production and delivery account statements of client portfolios.
  • Setup client portfolios into the operating system.
  • Monitor trading execution and delivery contract notes to clients.
  • Client payment orders monitoring liaising with Custodian, Client Advisers and Outsourcer.
  • Support Operations Team on new projects/initiatives.
