Description
SAIC is seeking an Operations Analyst to join our team supporting the Technology Modernization Engagement and Innovation support for the United States Coast. The successful candidates will provide project level support to efficiently and effectively support future operations across traditional and cyber domains. These positions are hybrid on site in Washington, DC at the United States Coast Guard Headquarters. Job Description: Coordinate and monitor action and task assignments, establishing completion dates, and assist with escalation as needed. Facilitate teamwork among office staff to ensure cross-collaboration, meeting preparation, scheduling, task execution, and follow up. Develop resource plans to accomplish tasks efficiently while managing competing priorities. Supporting the strategic planner and directing tasks. Provide project level support to the customer for coordinating, planning, executing, and statusing customer activities. Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in management or technical discipline (e.g. Science, Mathematics, or Engineering field) and five (5) years' related experience; Six (6) years' additional experience can be considered in lieu of degree (per contract vehicle). Required Clearance: Must possess an active Secret clearance; US Citizenship required. Required Skills: Five (5) years of experience as an Operations Manager is required. Highly preferred experience and skills in project management, operational management, strategy development and planning, and executive decisions support. Expert level skills in management tools including MS Office suite. Ability to execute effectively in DoW staff environments and at the most senior levels of the Department. Ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects and tasks, and deliver high quality and timely results and work products.
