Position Overview
We are looking for an operations analyst with a dedicated team focused on ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our insurance programs, particularly in premium and claim adjustments for Workers Compensation, General Liability and Commercial Auto insurance policies. The analyst must be committed to delivering exceptional service and fostering strong relationships while ensuring compliance with industry regulations. For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in New York, Starr Insurance Companies is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets: experience and training: licensure and certifications: and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $70,000-$90,000.
