Your Contribution:

• Lead team in monitoring all areas of the clearinghouse daily, which includes but not limited to confirming all incoming and outgoing transactions are flowing smoothly through the clearinghouse.
• Create efficient processes and procedures for monitoring the clearinghouse processes.
• Work with development to build requirements for any additional tools needed to support processes.
• Document daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly task items for the team.
• Lead team each day in a 15-minute daily scrum meeting to discuss items completed yesterday, those planned today and any impediments.
• Respond to tickets in a timely manner.
• Responsible for customer communications related maintenance windows and support items via our customer communication tool.

Your Qualification:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
• Detailed EDI transactional knowledge and experience.
• Previous experience working in a clearinghouse environment or a payer environment.
• Proven People skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
• Ability to use DB queries, analyze results in Excel. Looking for negative space to make informed decisions and ability to learn to navigate server logs.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well.
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
