The role For our Central Operations team, we are urgently looking for an Interim (3-6 months) Operations Analyst who can support an operational leader in side by side task and activity. In this role, you will partner a Senior Operations Lead initially supporting 2 large Veterinary health practices across a region in North west Europe. There could be additionally scope throughout the region also whereby additional analyst support is required. The Senior Operations Lead will focus on identifying operational issues, lead by data and trend that you can supply. You will play a key part in analysing performance, identifying root causes, and driving actionable insights to improve operational results. Key responsibilities · Quickly interpret and analyse performance data from two large hospitals in Stockholm · Deep dive into operational and performance challenges and identify improvement areas · Track, analyse and report on key operational KPIs · Translate data insights into clear recommendations and concrete actions · Support and advise stakeholders on performance improvement initiatives · Work closely with Central Operations and local teams to drive impact · Provide clear, structured and credible communication at all levels Your profile · Proven experience as an Operations Analyst (or similar analytical role) · Strong ability to drill down into data and quickly identify patterns and issues · Highly agile, hands-on and comfortable working in an interim / fast-paced environment · Experience in pet healthcare is a strong plus (alternatively, experience in dental, healthcare or multi-site environments is highly relevant) · Strong stakeholder management and communication skills · Detail-oriented, structured and focused · Fluent in English (mandatory) · Able to operate within North West Europe, with a strong focus on Stockholm, Sweden · Additional language skills (e.g. Swedish or French) are a plus, but not required · Be flexible to support across the North West region or any relating activity that could extend wider · Be passionate about landing results and seeing a visible shift Why this role? · High-impact interim assignment with clear priorities · Direct exposure to senior leadership · Opportunity to make a visible difference in a short time frame · International scope within a Central Operations environment About MVH Europe Mars Veterinary Health (MVH) Europe is a family of leading veterinary care providers committed to creating a better world for pets.
