WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

We’re looking for a Operations Analyst to join our growing team.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Previous data analyst experience gained within a fast-paced organisation.
• An understanding of how to work with data in line with GDPR.
• Ability to prioritize workload accordingly based on clients’ requirements and needs.
• Ability to follow documented processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to trouble shoot technical and process issues efficiently and effectively.A passion for service excellence (improvement & change). A basic level of experience with SQL or another programming language

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Intermediate experience within Microsoft SQL Server Experience using R, Python or Spark programming languages Experience in PowerBI or similar dashboard tools
• Knowledge of the Product Development Lifecycle (PDLC) and other product development/governance best practices.Experience of working with data in an FCA/ICO regulated environment
