Description TRISTAR is seeking two dedicated Operations Analysts to join our team in supporting our government customer at NSWC Crane. These in-person positions are based on the base, requiring a commitment of five days a week. Key Responsibilities Assess large sets of data and provide meaningful insights to the Gov customer based on their specific metrics Monitor, report, and track CASREPs through completion. Assist with deconflicting CASREP parts requests Assist with scheduling Battlegroup assessments. Assist with daily Fleet Support meetings. Review documents for proper formatting. Requirements Experience with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Power BI Prior Navy experience is a plus. CAMP or PMP is a plus. Bachelors Degree is preferred. Must be a U.S. Citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance.
