Hourly Rate: $18–$23/hour (based on experience) + bonus opportunities
Position Summary
Love & Loyalty Homecare LLC is hiring a motivated and dependable Operations and; Business
Development Manager for our Petersburg branch. This hybrid role requires someone who
can manage day-to-day homecare operations while also building strategic partnerships and
bringing in new clients. If you’re passionate about helping people and ready to grow with a

Key Responsibilities

Operations

  • Manage caregiver schedules, timesheets, and call-outs
  • Oversee caregiver interviews, hiring, and onboarding
  • Conduct quality assurance checks and client satisfaction calls
  • Maintain compliance with Medicaid and state homecare regulations
  • Submit weekly KPI and service reports

Business Development

  • Network with hospitals, rehab centers, churches, and case managers
  • Schedule and attend local outreach events or presentations
  • Distribute marketing materials and follow up on referrals
  • Help develop and close community and agency partnerships

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of healthcare, customer service, or case management experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Familiarity with Medicaid programs and homecare services (preferred)
