THE ROLE

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Operations and Chartering Executive Intern from NTU to join our team. This internship is designed to provide you with a hands-on, immersive learning experience in the dynamic world of dry bulk shipping. You will work closely with our experienced Operations and Chartering departments, gaining practical skills and contributing to our daily operations. You will be part of a synergistic business model, working alongside Pacmar Shipping Pte Ltd, a ship agency and broker under the same management. This unique structure allows our companies to offer a comprehensive and integrated suite of maritime solutions, giving you unparalleled exposure to both ship operations and chartering.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in day-to-day vessel operations and logistics management.
Learn and support the process of chartering vessels, from identifying cargo opportunities to post-fixture follow-up.
Help prepare and manage documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company procedures.
Collaborate with various internal departments, including finance and directors, to ensure seamless workflow.
Support the team in resolving operational issues and responding to client needs.
Take on meaningful projects that contribute to the efficiency and growth of the company.
