As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations and Client Support Assistant to join our amazing team in Montreal, QC.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations and Client Support Assistant to support key operational tasks, client coordination, and day-to-day logistics. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth workflows, exceptional client satisfaction, and the effective execution of promotional and PR projects. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, this position is perfect for you!

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1-2 years of experience in administration, logistics, or operations (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is an asset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in French is a plus.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • 1 à 2 ans d’expérience en administration, logistique ou opérations (préféré).
  • Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Connaissance des plateformes de commerce électronique comme Shopify (un atout).
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et organisation.
  • Esprit analytique et capacité à évoluer dans un environnement dynamique.
  • Maîtrise du français (un atout).
