As our Operations and Delivery Analyst, you’ll connect commercial performance, operational delivery, and data insight to help us make better decisions and deliver stronger outcomes for our customers. You’ll work across presales through to billing, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and control at every stage. Alongside this, you’ll shape how we use data across the business building clear, practical insights that influence how we prioritise work, manage risk, and improve performance. It’s an opportunity to work closely with business leaders, finance, and technical teams, where your analysis and judgement will directly influence commercial outcomes and operational efficiency. Ko tō mahi – What you will do Reporting to the Operations & Delivery Manager, you’ll act as a key link between commercial, finance, and delivery teams. You’ll manage critical operational processes, own financial tracking and billing accuracy, and turn complex data into clear, actionable insight that supports both day-to-day operations and longer-term planning. Key responsibilities include: * Delivering accurate, timely monthly billing across professional and managed services * Tracking revenue, forecasts, and operational costs, identifying risks and resolving discrepancies * Partnering with finance and commercial teams to support forecasting, pricing, and budgeting decisions * Managing billing queries and escalations, working across teams to resolve issues quickly * Designing and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide clear, actionable insights * Consolidating and validating data from multiple sources to ensure consistency and reliability * Supporting governance, audit, and risk activities, including tracking actions and maintaining visibility of progress * Contributing to process improvements that strengthen delivery performance and customer outcomes Nā tōu rourou - What you will bring * An inquisitive, problem-solving mindset you don’t need all the answers upfront, but you know how to go and find them! * Confidence working through ambiguity, picking up unfamiliar problems and driving them through to resolution * Strong organisation and time management skills, with the ability to deliver to tight deadlines * A high level of attention to detail and a natural focus on accuracy * The ability to connect data, processes, and commercial outcomes to see the bigger picture * Clear communication skills, with the ability to work across different teams and levels of the business Nōu te rourou – Why join us?
