What You’ll Do:

• Find and secure driver backhauls to Wisconsin to maximize efficiency
• Enter backhaul orders accurately into our system
• Process incoming Bills of Lading (BOLs) and keep orders updated
• Scan and file transportation documents to maintain organized records
• Handle customer phone calls professionally, including scheduling driver appointments
• Assist with daily driver dispatching and routing
• Maintain up-to-date driver files and records in compliance with company standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous dispatching experience OR truck driving experience (required)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage a dynamic workflow
• Excellent communication skills for working with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Proficiency with dispatch software or transportation management systems (a plus)
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and transportation industry best practices (preferred)
