Full job description

Operations:

• Oversee daily order processing, fulfillment, and delivery coordination
• Work closely with 3PL and logistics partners to ensure smooth last-mile delivery
• Coordinate return processes and customer service touchpoints
• Maintain operational SOPs and identify areas to improve efficiency
• Support internal reporting, order reconciliations, and process automation

Inventory Management:

• Monitor stock levels across our warehouse(s), retail partners, and online channels
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock availability for all SKUs
• Coordinate with the procurement team for reorders and replenishment cycles
• Track expiry dates and manage FIFO/FEFO systems for perishable or dated goods
• Conduct regular stock audits and resolve inventory discrepancies
• Prepare inventory and sales reports to support forecasting and planning
