Responsibilities
  • Basic HR such as managing onboarding/offboarding and HR compliance paperwork
  • Oversee building, facilities, and safety equipment (fire extinguishers, hearing screening devices. etc.)
  • Coordinate fleet vehicles (registrations, servicing, mileage)
  • Keep compliance and safety calendars on track
  • Support family resources by maintaining community resource lists and helping manage our Family Resource Pantry
  • Handle Hub logistics: room scheduling, event support, tech readiness
  • Step in wherever needed - doing “a little bit of everything”
