We’re looking for a skilled Operations / HR Manager to lead our internal operations and ensure smooth administrative and staffing processes.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Operations / HR Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our home health care office, including human resources, staff scheduling, compliance, and administrative support. This role ensures efficient workflow, maintains compliance with home health regulations, and supports a positive work environment for office and field staff.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field (preferred)
  • 3+ years experience in office management, health care operations, or HR administration
  • Working knowledge of home health care compliance, staff credentialing, and documentation standards
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and EMR systems (e.g., WellSky, NaviNet, Office Ally)
  • RN or clinical credential is a plus but not required
