Our Core Values are: Grow Together Seize Opportunity from Struggle Outcome Over Ego Commitment to Serve Do The Right Thing What your responsibilities will be as an Operations/IT tech: Will be responding to service requests from staff (this may entail mechanical, electrical, carpentry, painting, or plumbing repairs as well as computer equipment issues) Responds and professionally completes support tickets Will be performing/scheduling preventive maintenance as assigned Assisting with furniture movement and placement, operating and maintaining various equipment Some It/Network knowledge to assist with computer network issues and set up, account management of third party vendors Assisting with web design and editing/backend support Will be responsible for Windows and Linux PC Imaging/setup, and printer, scanner and desktop PC troubleshooting in a live environment Requirements What we look for: Current PA Driver’s License Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills The ability to occasionally lift 50-100 pounds Being able to travel between various clinics and offices in the network Adaptability to sudden changes in direction during the workday to keep the enterprise operating smoothly and meet the needs of the team IT/Network knowledge (2 yrs experience ) Web design/editing experience preferred
