Working from our Bajool facility, you will take ownership of the day-to-day operations and logistics. This role is crucial to ensuring our sites run efficiently, safely and supports our supply and compliance objectives.

• Leading the operational delivery of logistics services to meet production goalsManaging inventory levels, rotation, and product quality.
• Act as the 2IC to the Logistics and Manufacturing Manager to ensure seamless operation
• Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and internal standards
• Providing hands-on leadership, coaching and support to the Bajool team
• Driving a safety-first culture and ensuring SMS compliance
• Managing incident response and contributing to audits
• Supporting broader business improvement and logistics projects
