Description The Operations and Marketing Coordinator is a cross-functional roleresponsible for providing operational, reporting, and coordination supportto both the Operations and Marketing teams. Reporting jointly to the COOand CMO, this position ensures structured execution, accurate reporting,and consistent follow-through across key operational initiatives, marketingprograms, and business development efforts. The role plays a critical part in maintaining operational cadence, supportingleadership visibility through reporting and dashboards, and coordinatinginitiatives tied to growth, transitions, and community engagement. Successin this role requires strong organizational skills, analytical thinking, and theability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountabilityenvironment. Requirements Operations Support: •Prepare meeting agendas and capture meeting minutes for daily operations calls. •Provide project coordination support for the HCA transition, including tracking action items, timelines, and deliverables. •Prepare Monthly Operating Review (MOR) materials and capture meeting minutes. •Support project coordination for Express ER onboarding, as needed. •Assist with ad hoc operational initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned. Marketing & Business Development Support: •Prepare ad hoc volume trend analysis and reporting. •Produce and maintain Weekly Facility Marketing Reports. •Generate Weekly Online Check-In Reports and Fast-Pass Referral Reports. •Maintain a Community Event Calendar and prepare Community Event Reports. •Provide coordination support for community events and outreach initiatives. •Conduct and maintain Competitor Analysis Reporting. •Maintain and update marketing dashboards and performance trackers. •Capture meeting minutes for weekly marketing meetings. •Provide administrative and coordination support for social media initiatives.
