As we grow, we’re looking for someone who can help keep our operations sharp, our office running smoothly, and our leadership team supported. This isn’t your typical office manager role. You’ll be at the heart of the business, wearing multiple hats and directly contributing to the success of our fast-moving team. What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll split your time between office management, executive support, and operational coordination: Office Management Manage day-to-day office operations including coordinating deliveries, food, and maintenance. Ensure the office is a welcoming and efficient space for our growing team and visiting partners. Office Environment & Tidiness Take ownership of keeping the office tidy and organized day-to-day (e.g., ensuring common areas are neat, restocking supplies, setting up for meetings). Oversee and coordinate with the housekeeper to ensure deeper cleaning and upkeep are handled smoothly. Executive Assistant Support (leadership team) Provide fractional executive assistant support to the CEO, including scheduling, meeting prep, and special projects. Manage travel arrangements and logistics for the Operations team. Assist with expense tracking, vendor coordination, and other organizational tasks. Culture & Team Enablement Help shape our office culture by planning occasional team lunches, offsites, and celebrations. Serve as a go-to resource for the team, making sure small details are handled so we can focus on big goals. Who You Are You thrive in startup environments where no two days look the same. You’re a natural multitasker who can juggle details without losing sight of priorities. You’re proactive, resourceful, and excited to take ownership. You bring strong communication and organizational skills, with a “nothing is too small, nothing is too big” mindset. Prior experience in office management, operations, or executive support is a plus, but we value attitude and adaptability just as much.
