Thrive Group are delighted partnering with a dynamic and growing business at the heart of the UK’s food industry, looking to recruit an Operations and People Leader - Food Sector to join the team on a permanent basis in Wincanton.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Creating structure and focus across warehouse and production activities
• Working closely with team leads to deliver high standards in quality, safety, and performance
• Supporting continuous improvement projects and encouraging a proactive culture
• Championing training and development while ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Taking ownership of stock, scheduling, and operational KPIs
• Acting as the go-to person for operational troubleshooting and team wellbeing
