POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Operations and Project Manager will be responsible for operational excellence and project execution, playing a critical role in resource planning, utilization management, and process improvement. This role combines strategic operations leadership with hands-on project management to maintain high-quality client service and team efficiency. In addition to overseeing PR, marketing, and creative projects, this role will also manage branding and website development projects, ensuring smooth execution from planning to launch.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role within an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of resource planning, budgeting, and project management tools.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Harvest, and Asana.
• Financial literacy and experience in budget management.
• Experience in process optimization and documentation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• A growth mindset with a desire to continuously improve processes and explore AI-driven efficiencies to enhance agency operations.
