ABOUT THE ROLE:

Nexar Group is looking to add to our great team of Rostering and Operations team members. This role would be the perfect next step for a person who has some industry experience within the sector. A person who has great admin skills, communication skills and a focus on getting the job done!
The ideal candidate will have the desire to succeed and progress while contributing to the company’s long-term success. We’re on the lookout for our next future leaders willing to further a career in Security Operations.

DUTIES:

  • Day-to-day operations of rostering, timesheets and delivery of site coverage.
  • Working as part of the team regarding onboarding, policy, and procedures.
  • Maintain and manage relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Issue employment contracts and compliance information.
  • Assist with administrative tasks.
  • Maintain 24-hour Operations as part of the team!
