    Reporting to the Club General Manager you’ll lead the operations & safety team in our St Leonards club. It’s about delivering unforgettable customer experiences in a safe environment where members love spending time.

In a nutshell -

  • You’ll provide heartfelt service and exceptional operational management in line with our customer experience strategy and brand standards
  • You’ll lead, coach and motivate the operations teams to deliver a seamless experience and deliver a world class customer experience… from the fast solve of maintenance issues, the clock like efficiency of the classes in each studio, through to the wind-down comfort of the chilled-out lounge area
  • You’ll provide training on customer touch points in club and oversee the leaver experience
  • You’ll oversee relevant admin including processing cancellations, reconciliations and banking
  • You’ll ensure all areas and equipment are safe and clean, and that the club’s appearance reflects the highest standard throughout the studios, change rooms and common areas
  • You’ll be empowered to find ways to give our members that little bit extra… especially when it’s unexpected.

ALL ABOUT YOU:

  • You have 2+ years of relevant operations leadership experience and your first aid certs.
  • You’re warm, honest and genuine with operations leadership experience and a neat-freak reputation.
  • You love to create a seamless experience for people as much as you love to guarantee a super safe and glistening clean environment for all. Delivering and teaching others operations makes you feel warm and fuzzy inside.
  • You’re comfortable communicating at all levels and you’re authentic when you express yourself.
  • You have a can-do approach. Whatever a member needs, whatever a member is looking for, you help them find it.
  • You have the flexibility to work a non-traditional schedule (our clubs are open from 5am-10pm) and may also have some hospitality sector experience. A+ for you.
