1. 3PL Warehouse Management

• Manage the relationship with the 3PL.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse SLAs.
• Monitor receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch.
• Review warehouse capacity and productivity.
• Conduct regular operational reviews with the 3PL.

2. Inventory Management

• Maintain inventory accuracy.
• Oversee cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
• Investigate stock discrepancies.
• Minimize damages and inventory loss.
• Monitor inventory aging and space utilization.
• Provide full details and data for suppliers and insurance claims

3. Store Replenishment

• Ensure stores receive stock on time.
• Prioritize replenishment based on business needs.
• Monitor replenishment KPIs and cut-off times.

4. Customer Order Fulfillment

• Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and on time.
• Resolve fulfillment issues quickly.
• Monitor order backlog and SLA compliance.
