Responsibilities
  • Quality control: Raising workshop jobs for the outdoor staff to complete, processing the completed jobs and raising maintenance, repair and cleaning inspections and allocating the workshop app.
  • Communication: Communication between the office, outdoor staff, and customers. Dealing with daily queries, with quick solutions.
  • Planning: Supporting our transport planners in route planning the driver’s jobs, and checking them through to ensure all have been completed sufficiently.
  • Weekly stock checks, including all consumables, workshop parts, service kits, mirrors, etc
  • Daily Vehicle Checks: ensuring the drivers have completed them, noting any vehicle damage, ensuring the vehicle is clean and tidy, and identifying and fixing any broken parts or equipment.
  • Purchasing, raising orders, and receiving items.
  • HR: Adding shifts 4 weeks in advance for overtime and approving holiday requests.
