Job Description Responsible to achieve together with a dedicated team production targets on specific Assembly equipment with regards to quality & OEE. Leads, manages and develops the Assembly team. Main task: Ensures the production in required quantity and quality according the production plan Ensures continuous improvement within dedicated team with regards to performance of lines, decrease the scrap and reduce idle times Communicates management information to team members Guides individual development of team members, gives feedback on performance and behavior Conflict management within team Solves problems / conflicts with other teams Ensures that availability of service personnel (maintenance, logistics etc) if needed Ensures sequence of lots according to production schedule, is responsible for fulfilling the delivery plan (e.g. through optimized sequence of change over, etc). Responsibilities

The Operations Area Manager is responsible for leading and developing the Assembly team to achieve production targets concerning quality and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) on specific assembly equipment. Key duties include ensuring production quantity and quality according to the plan, driving continuous improvement, managing team development, and coordinating necessary support services like maintenance and logistics.
