This is a 12m Fixed Term Contract
We are looking for an Operations Assistant to join the Think Business Finance team – the specialist business finance division of Bionic, the UK’s number one business comparison and switching service.

Our Operations Assistants play a vital role in the success of our team, acting as the backbone of the team pod, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our operations. This is a key role supporting our sales agents and ensuring that applications progress efficiently and to the highest standards.

  • You have some experience in an admin, operations, or support role – ideally in a fast-paced or customer-focused environment (desirable).
Responsibilities
  • Check applications carefully to make sure everything is correct and complete before sending them to lenders.
  • Keep track of all active applications, making sure they move forward smoothly and on time.
  • Support the sales team by helping match customers with the right lenders and providing up-to-date product knowledge.
  • Update the team on progress, making sure everyone knows the status of applications and that deadlines are met.
  • Be the main contact for lenders, building strong relationships and working closely with them to get the best results.
  • Negotiate with lenders to secure the best possible funding offers for our customers.
  • Help gather documents or information from sales agents or clients when lenders request them.
  • Manage your team’s shared inbox, making sure queries and tasks are handled quickly.
  • Keep our ThinkApp up to ensure all information reflects the current position of each application
