Job Details Responsible for monitoring on-time collection and delivery services with agents and airlines in Brazil. Keep the systems relevant to the team updated and with the correct information. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Organize and share the demand with the agents, ensuring that the services occur correctly as planned. 2. Work with airlines, monitoring dispatches and releases. 3. Support the team if there are tax withholdings and direct those involved. 4. Ensure that pre-alerts are sent to agents for scheduling services. 5. Ensure that communication with agents, related teams and suppliers is clear and objective. 6. Ensure that the process is done correctly with the agent in accordance with each established procedure. 7. Support new team members in their training process 8. Maintain and complete specific tasks assigned by the team leader. 9. Ensure that operational controls are properly updated and monitored . MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS: 1. EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Higher Education Studying/Complete in the areas of Administration, Production Engineering or Logistics. Minimum 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical and Related Operations.
