We are looking for our new team member - an Operations Assistant & Online customer services - who’ll assist and manage in day to day operations for Online operations and the Bury retail store.
Job Brief: You must be presentable, warm and welcoming with the ability to build a rapport with our online and retail store customers. Your ability to provide quality customer service and fast order dispatch will help you achieve the position. Efficiency & speed for this role is a plus point.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Online customer services
  • Attending Emails & Taking Telephone Calls.
  • Preparing order dispatch (Packing & Dispatch)
  • Ensuring every customer gets a great experience online.
  • Attention to detail for dispatching the right orders.
  • Be an all-rounder for the online customer services and order dispatch.
  • Explaining our products and offers. Assist on giving good, clear advice and making a positive impression over the phones and emails.
  • Previous experience in customer services or online order dispatch for an e-commerce business will be an added advantage.
