About the Role We’re hiring an Operations Assistant to support our Fraud & Chargeback Lead and the broader operations team. This role covers fraud and chargeback support, customer communication, and other administrative or operational tasks as the company grows. You’ll also help monitor and manage activity across multiple online stores, affiliate channels, and transaction platforms. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to take on a variety of responsibilities. Responsibilities Assist with fraud and chargeback cases across multiple stores, affiliate channels, and platforms, including auditing, tracking, and submitting documentation Make outbound calls via Aircall to customers, vendors, and partners Support audits and reviews of customer experience processes, such as refunds and replacements Monitor and help coordinate transactions across various storefronts and affiliate platforms Join and coordinate meetings with partner companies and internal teams Maintain organized records and reports for disputes, audits, and operational tasks Handle administrative and operational support, including data entry, tracking deadlines, and following up on tasks Analyze data to identify trends or areas for improvement and communicate findings to leadership Provide general support for special projects or new initiatives Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable making outbound calls to customers and external partners Excellent attention to detail and organization Analytical mindset and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion Experience working across multiple online stores, affiliate channels, or platforms is a plus Flexible and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with Google Workspace Experience in operations, fraud, chargebacks, auditing, or customer support is a plus Qualities We’re Looking For Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable Works well across teams and external partners High integrity, trustworthiness, and accountability Strong communicator who can explain findings clearly Interest in operations, fraud prevention, auditing, and customer experience This role will be paid at $7 USD per hour
