Job Description: · Processes bank financing and refinancing accounts for assigned partner banks within the standard processing time, including endorsement of account information and documents, review of bank guarantees, and recording of loan payments in the system. · Communicates effectively with clients (buyers and partner banks) via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions to address concerns, collect necessary documentation, and ensure timely processing of bank loans. · Ensures that all assigned service requests are resolved and completed within the established turnaround time. · Submits daily productivity and accomplishment reports to the Operations Lead – Bank Financing Technical Skills: Strong analytical skills, particularly in handling data, processes, and information. · Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas both in writing and verbally. · Demonstrates exemplary customer service skills. · Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). · Able to perform effectively under time pressure and meet set deadlines. · Capable of working independently with minimal supervision. · Proven ability to lead teams, supervise daily operations, and develop talent for succession. · Highly organized and process-oriented. · Skilled at multitasking and managing multiple priorities effectively. · Upholds integrity and strong personal values. Key Responsibilities: Conduct buyer call-outs to collect LOG (Letter of Guarantee). Handle client inquiries through calls and emails. Ensure 100% completion of the productivity sheet assigned by the Team Leader (render overtime if unfinished). Maintain at least 60% contact rate with clients. Qualifications: Preferably with a background in Collections or experience within a Banking environment. At least 1–2 years of relevant work experience. Strong communication and follow-through skills. Organized, customer-centric, and goal-oriented. Prior call center experience is considered an advantage for this role.
