Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAct as the on-site point of contact for learners and trainers at the assigned location
Identify and resolve day-to-day operational issues on site, escalating to the Operations team where needed
Provide regular reports to the Operations team on site status and issues encountered
Support classroom readiness and coordinate with trainers on immediate on-site needs
Ensure learners have the support they need to stay engaged and attend
