Carb’n Off provides a comprehensive range of specialist kitchen deep cleaning and food-related hygiene and fire safety cleaning and maintenance services for all industrial and commercial kitchen, food production and bakery environments.
This is an exciting time to join our growing business, we are expanding and looking for an Operations Assistant within our Operations Department.
The successful candidate will be a focused and highly motivated individual who is attentive to detail and possesses strong IT, communication & organisational skills.

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring, updating and organising training records
  • Maintaining warehouse stock & equipment levels, updating database with any changes
  • Monitoring Operative weekly company checks
  • Maintaining fleet records, arranging servicing, MOT’s, breakdowns and repairs
  • Monitoring driver behaviour
  • Logging & reporting any accidents
  • Organising work permits and distributing to the Operatives
  • Organising MEWP hire / scaffolding hire when required
  • Assisting Operations Manager with issuing the quotes, spot check reports & audits
  • Liaising closely with the Compliance Manager and Operations team
  • Weekly reporting
  • Ad hoc duties

Required experience and qualities:

  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced business environment
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Power Point)
  • Working to strict deadlines
  • Administrative skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
