JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to support our daily operational activities. Responsibilities
  • The creation and running of reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Monitoring a busy mailbox.
  • Collaborating with team members and senior management across other business areas.
  • To take personal responsibility for continuous improvement and development alongside the support from the Operations Team Leader and Funding Team Leader.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • You may be required to perform other duties and to work in any other areas as requested by Senior Management.
