Job Req Number: 112173Time Type: Full TimeGeneral Responsibilities 主要工作职责 Documentation work related to Sea Export.海运出口相关文件工作 Complete the tasks assigned by supervisor and manager and achieve the KPI requirement.完成主管、经理交办的任务，达到KPI要求 Finish the daily work assigned by company with high quality and timely.按时、高质量完成公司交办的日常工作 Detailed Responsibilities 具体工作职责 Shipment Creation in CW1 system在 CW1 系统中创建装运单 SI /VGM E-manifest doc collection SI/VGM电子舱单文档收集 Submit E-manifest提交电子舱单 Input SI data into CW,sent SI to carrier/Agent to confirm MB/L将 SI 数据输入 CW，将 SI 发送给承运人/代理以确认 MB/L Security filing submission提交安全备案 HB/L draft verification with supplier till HB/L OK与供应商验证 HB/L 草稿直至 HB/L确认 Invoice title verification（+New org code application）发票标题验证（+新组织代码申请） ATD check and update in CW1在 CW1 中检查和更新 ATD DNO deliveryDNO 交付 Upload MBL into eDoc将 MBL 上传到电子文档 Other tasks assigned by Superior上级分配的其他任务DSV – Global transport and logistics Working at DSV means playing in a different league.
