We are looking for a rockstar Operations Assistant to help keep our Amazon Delivery Service team running smoothly! In this role, you will support the Operations Manager, HR Manager and Owner with daily operations.

• Proactively provide general administrative support to the Operations Team
• Effectively communicate with the Amazon team in person and in chat rooms
• Prepare 20 - 45 delivery routes
• Review Delivery Quality and Safety metrics to provide management with coaching points each morning
• Assist HR Manager with onboarding new team members
• Work with outside vendors and internal team to coordinate vehicle maintenance schedules and track related documentation
• Assist in running work-related errands as needed
• Manage multiple assignments and people simultaneously
