Job Title: Operations Assistant
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Lekki-Ajah (proximity to Lekki axis is key)
TAG Energy is an integrated service company offering a comprehensive range of oilfield products and support services in the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry.
Responsibilities
Assist in managing daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflow.
Coordinate procurement activities, including vendor communication and purchase order tracking.
Assist in project management, including planning, execution, and tracking of operational projects.
Support logistics by monitoring deliveries, shipments, and inventory management.
Maintain and update operational records, reports, and documentation.
Assist in scheduling meetings, handling correspondence, and preparing reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in daily operations.
Provide administrative support to different departments as needed.
Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest improvements for enhanced productivity.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Perform any other duties assigned by management to support business operations.
General Requirements
A bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, or a Science-related field.
1-3 years of experience in operations, administration, or project management.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant operational tools.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
