In this role, responsibilities include maintaining accurate manufacturing costs, managing Dayforce operations timecards, and completing monthly production order settlements. The position also involves coordinating purchase orders and invoices, supporting investment processes, maintaining contractor inductions and compliance records, and ensuring environmental and SHE standards are met. What you´ll do Maintain accurate manufacturing cost data and complete monthly production order settlements. Manage Dayforce timecards for the operations team. Oversee purchase orders, including Ariba transactions and OTV processes. Review and process operations invoices for approval. Support capital investment (Invest 2) preparation and system uploads. Coordinate contractor inductions and maintain compliance documentation (e.g., insurances, SHE requirements). Monitor site compliance registers and ensure adherence to environmental regulations. Act as a key SAP user while supporting reporting, hazardous goods management, cost reduction initiatives, and SHE/HPS standards. What makes you a good fit Strong experience with SAP production modules and supply chain/production processes. Advanced Excel skills for analysis and reporting. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Strong understanding of end-to-end business operations and workflows. Effective communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Detail-oriented, proactive, and a collaborative team player with a confident approach.
