Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations/Assistant Manager to join our Bryan–College Station branch. This role supports the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving branch performance. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily branch operations, including inventory, logistics, and sales support.
• Supervise, train, and support team members to ensure efficiency and high performance.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Monitor sales performance and support growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
• Step into leadership responsibilities when the Branch Manager is unavailable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in operations, management, or a supervisory role (electrical supply or wholesale experience preferred).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Customer-focused mindset with a team-oriented attitude.
• Familiarity with inventory management and sales processes is a plus.
• Understanding of EPICOR Eclipse systems (not required buts is a plus)
