Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Assistant to join our Operations team. This is a junior position designed to support our Account Managers by handling a large part of the operational back-office workload, allowing them to focus on customer service and client relationship management. The Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily operational processes including pre-invoicing preparation, contract annex updates, data maintenance in company systems, and administrative coordination related to client service activities. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with numbers, systems, and structured processes, and who thrive in a dynamic environment requiring strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities. Responsibilities Support the pre-invoicing processes for both contractual and extra-contractual services. Assist in the preparation and update of technical and financial contract annexes. Maintain and update operational data in ERP and CAFM systems. Support the preparation of quotations for ad-hoc client requests. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of operational and financial data across internal systems. Assist Account Managers with administrative and operational back-office tasks. Monitor and organize operational documentation related to contracts and services. Coordinate internally with operations, finance, and technical teams when required. Provide operational backup support to Account Managers during absences. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field. 2 years of professional experience in operations support, administration, or a similar role. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment. Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office. Familiarity with ERP and/or CAFM systems will be considered a plus. Strong communication skills in Greek and English. Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and reliability.
