• CUSTOMER COORDINATIONHandle customer inquiries regarding delivery status or job arrangementsLiaise with clients to confirm delivery appointments or special requirements
• SUPPORT TO OPERATIONS MANAGER / EXECUTIVESGenerate daily/weekly reports for management (e.g., delivery performance, job status)Assist in implementing operational procedures or SOP improvementsCoordinate ad-hoc tasks or operational assignments
• COMPLIANCE AND SAFETYEnsure compliance with company SOPs and safety regulationsReport any operational irregularities, damages, or delays
