We’re passionate about creating an inspiring and engaging shopping experience for our customers, bringing their home decor dreams to life with stunning, on-trend pieces. We are seeking a new member to add to our Operations team. Are you ready to be a part of something amazing? We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our expanding Operations team and support our continued growth. Responsibilities Enter purchase orders into the accounting system and monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery. Maintain and update various spreadsheets related to inventory, delivery, and containers. Review and verify shipping documents for accuracy and ensure correct documentation is maintained for every order. Monitor and receive containers arriving from our Vietnam factories in the US. Coordinate the receipt of documents with the warehouse, verify their accuracy, and provide the necessary documentation to the finance team to ensure inventory precision. Maintain the Ports Entry Sheet, handle general filing, and provide operational support as needed to ensure the smooth flow of the team’s work. Requirements High attention to detail both visually and verbally, with a passion for accuracy in all tasks. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and write clear, concise emails. Capable of handling multiple tasks, prioritizing, and staying organized in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with large datasets and proficient in Excel to manage and analyze data efficiently. Willingness to work collaboratively with others to achieve team goals and improve overall operations.
