Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits
  • Ensure company vehicle fleet is in safe operable conditions
  • Communicate effectively with coworkers, and customers
  • Process and manage incoming shipments, including receiving in ERP system and labeling of products
  • Prepare outgoing shipping documentation
  • Maintain organizational systems within the warehouse
  • Monitor and manage warehouse supplies and equipment, ensuring they are well-maintained and in good working condition
  • Comply with all safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
  • File and organize job folders for cabinet production.
  • Enter purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Update the production log with completion dates (MRDs) and build dates for parts orders.
  • Mark completed orders on the production log and move them from the active tab to the completed tab.
  • Import commercial jobs into cabinet tracking software.
  • Record mill dates on job folders.
  • Print all receiving paperwork and labels for incoming deliveries.
  • Maintain and answer the department’s customer service email account.
  • Move completed orders to the warehouse receiving log.
  • Provide front desk coverage during lunch breaks or as needed.
