Responsibilities
  • Assisting the Company with the daily requirements of overseeing all relevant food safety regulations, policies, and procedures at a company brand operating stores;
  • Verifying quality control, food safety procedures and documentation; solve food safety issues; and assist with HACCP, FSMA, and GMP compliance;
  • Conducting store inspections, the development of brand education programs, and standard operating procedures;
  • Responsible for production inspections and proper storage;
  • Developing, maintaining, and updating all records, manuals, training procedures, product spec books that pertain to food safety and quality control; and
  • Performing other duties as required by Management
  • Daily store operation assistance to the store manager by monitoring, supervising, training, communicating, guiding and directing.
  • Making sure staffing meets the company’s labor budget standards.
  • Making sure purchasing meets the company’s COGS standards.
  • Monitoring and controlling store maintenance
  • Logistics for purchase transactions to follow up such as but not limited to providing invoices to the accounting department and getting approval from the CEO.
  • Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
