POSITION OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Operations Assistant to help with day-to-day laundry operations. This role includes pickups, deliveries, and laundry processing. You’ll be part of a small, community-minded business with opportunities to grow as we scale.
This position starts part-time (approx. 20 hrs/week) with the potential to grow into a full-time role as the business expands.

REQUIREMENTS

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–30 lbs. laundry bags.
• Strong attention to detail and neatness.
• Comfortable working in laundromats with larger machines.
• Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy with customer property.
• Flexible schedule (some evenings may be required).
• Must pass a background check prior to hiring.

• Pickup and deliver customer laundry orders within the local area.
• Wash, dry, fold, and package laundry neatly, following company standards.
• Monitor supplies and notify management when restocking is needed.
• Maintain schedules and timing for pickups/deliveries.
• Provide friendly, professional service during all customer interactions.
• Ensure quality control on all completed orders.
