KEY SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

To be successful, you must be able to meet the below criteria:

  • Holds a WA C Class driver’s licence
  • Holds a White Card (or willing to obtain)
  • Minimum 2 years experience guiding and supporting small teams in construction, transport, logistics, security, warehousing or hospitality
  • Focused on safe work habits, culture & practices with strong history of safety awareness
  • Good computer skills and ability to use various software programs daily to document operational information including using Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and the confidence to deal with a variety of people on a daily basis. You will be required to document in electronic systems daily.
  • Demonstrated strong logical thinking and creative problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who approaches challenges with a clear, structured, and analytical mindset and can “think outside the box” to generate innovative and making well-reasoned solutions.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow documented processes
  • Demonstrated experience being a team player
  • Availability to work over various rosters to suit operational requirements (eg. alternating early and late starts and rotating mid-week and weekend on call rosters)

  • Hands-On Support: Assist work crews before, during, and after shifts
  • Champion Safety: Promote a strong safety culture and best practices
  • Gear Up the Team: Ensure vehicles and resources are ready for deployment
  • Worksite Engagement: Visit worksites, engage with crews, and support them
  • Document Like a Pro: Maintain accurate record keeping in our electronic systems
  • Administrative Support: Keep systems updated and process customer requests efficiently
