REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in an administrative or operations role where attention to detail was critical.
  • Exceptional command of the English language (both written and verbal).
  • Proficient in using the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software.
  • Minimum A-Level education or equivalent. A university degree is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire document legalisation process for our clients, from initial enquiry to final dispatch.
  • Meticulously check client documents for accuracy and compliance with the requirements of the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO), embassies, and consulates.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing clear updates and guidance via email and phone.
  • Liaise professionally with solicitors, notaries, government bodies, and translation services.
  • Prepare and submit applications accurately and within tight deadlines.
  • Manage invoicing, payments, and the secure dispatch of documents via post and couriers.
  • Maintain precise and organised records in our internal systems.
  • Contribute to improving our processes to increase efficiency and enhance client satisfaction.
