Twentyseven is a growing lifestyle brand built by Olivia Colacci, currently including two modern hair salons, a retail store in Bloomfield (with another opening in Consecon in 2026), and two unique Airbnb rental properties.
We’re looking for a detail-driven Operations Assistant to help keep the behind-the-scenes running seamlessly while supporting Olivia in managing multiple businesses. If you’re highly organized, resourceful, and thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment — this role is for you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As Olivia’s right hand, you’ll help manage day-to-day operations across the salons, retail stores, and rental properties. Responsibilities include:

• Handling operational tasks to keep everything moving smoothly
• Wholesale ordering and vendor relationships
• Running payroll and keeping schedules organized
• Managing customer support and communications with care
• Coordinating calendars, appointments, and travel needs
• Supporting Shopify & Klaviyo (bonus if you’re already skilled)
• Providing occasional on-the-ground support in Toronto as needed

• Olivia’s schedule and business operations stay organized, efficient, and stress-free
• Inventory and wholesale ordering run smoothly and proactively, avoiding stock-outs
• Payroll and scheduling are completed on time and error-free
• Customer support inquiries are handled promptly, with warmth and professionalism
• Shopify updates, order processing, and email campaigns (via Klaviyo) are accurate and timel
