Cranleigh Abu Dhabi is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Pre-Prep team as an Operations Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to start a career in Operations & Facilities Managment!
The Admin Assistant provides day-to-day administrative support to the Pre-Prep team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. This role involves supporting teachers and leaders with general admin tasks, assisting with events, and helping maintain an organised and efficient working environment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum diploma or degree in a relevant field.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative or accommodation management role within a school or facilities services environment.

JOB-SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

  • Fluent in English (both written and oral), Arabic is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle pressure and execute tasks in a timely manner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with tenants and external service providers.
  • Ability to work independently, with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Basic knowledge of facilities management, health and safety regulations, and local government compliance matters.

Responsibilities

GENERAL OFFICE DUTIES

  • Maintain stationery and supplies for Pre-Prep staff.
  • Support with the organisation of shared spaces and resources.
  • Liaise with other school departments (Facilities, IT, etc.) to resolve day-to-day operational needs.
  • Ensure all tasks are carried out in line with the school’s policies and procedures.
